Hey, champs!! Have you ever faced a situation where you feel you are being trapped by bad memories? Your bad memories become like an anchorthat stops you from moving forward ➡ well, we are all human; it is normal to make mistakes and to do foolish things that you regret later. but you should overcome

I will tell you six ways how you can overcome from your past:~

1) You don't have to forget
Memories are not actually a problem. Well, it is a fact that you can't forget anything as long as you haven't had an accident :p (short-term memory loss ). The memories of your past are not troublesome. in fact, you should remember it because your past taught you a crucial lesson, so be thankful. Remember that lesson and don't repeat it and thank your past for giving you such an important lesson. Say to your future, "I am prepared "

2) Break your relation
To move on from failure or the past, you have to stay disconnected from those who always remind you of that incident (past). They can be your friends, relatives, e.t.c. Just stay away from them till you move on because some people are so negative and they just don't want you to be successful. Frankly speaking, I also faced this kind of situation, and all I did was simply cut all those threads between me and those people. I am not saying to fight with them, though you know that they are not your real friends, because by fighting you will worsen your situation more because you are not mentally stable and in this situation, if you fight and if they say something more negative or if they spread false rumors about you, that case is more difficult to handle, so just avoid them without any explanations.
3) Fake happiness (this is related to point no 2)
Just smile in front of those who Want to put you down, though you are not happy, I am not saying to smile like an idiot for example the people whom you are avoiding if suddenly came in front of you and again started digging your past than just smile and with a little laugh say "yes, I was fool but now it doesn't matter anymore"

4) Take a break and set a goal
You can't move on from your past unless and until you achieve something great so for that you have to set a goal, make a plan and follow it, try to stay busy as much as possible, and also take care of your health, sleep well eat healthy, exercise watch some motivational videos, read some good books ,dancing inshort do something which makes you happy or take a break for 2-3 weeks or more from your regular routine like go on a tour with your family, friends or alone as you wish after all this when you think yes!  Now you are ok then set a goal and start working on it

 5) Don't stop trying and experiencing new things
Many people once they face or experience something bad they just isolate themselve suppose you decided to start a business and you failed your friends, family started teasing you and you just step back drop the idea of doing business though you love business or suppose you had a bad break up and that's why you decided not to be in a relationship anymore well, just tell me is everytime you eat delicious food ? Is everytime you get compliments for your outfit ? NO right, but still you don't stop trying new things,  when you eat anything and that food tastes like hell, but still you don't stop eating, with a hope that next time you will get a delicious food and that is necessary for survival so in the Same way you should keep trying and experiencing

 6) Let it go and forgive
 The more you will hold the more you will suffer. Just accept the fact and let it go if you made any mistake (if it is related with person) and you realize then put your ego aside and ask for forgiveness it doesn't matter if they will forgive you or not they will accept you or reject you bt for sure it will reduce your burden if they forgive you it is good and if not then also doesn't matter, the same applies to you learn to forgive people though they didn't ask for it still forgive them

 Why we always think about only those past which is bad, why can't we think about good days? why can't we remember those moments in which we laughed in which people praised us? Think about only those past which is sweet and learn a lesson from your bitter past so that you will never repeat it again
